Where we deliver
United Kingdom addresses only, for now. Everything we sell is held in a UK warehouse and dispatched from the UK, so nothing is travelling to you from overseas and there is nothing to pay on arrival.
What it costs
- Standard delivery — £4.99, 3 to 5 working days
- Express delivery — £6.99, 1 to 2 working days
The charge is per order, not per item and not per parcel. Buy one thing or buy six, and whether it arrives in one parcel or three, you pay £4.99 once.
More than one parcel
Our range is held across several warehouses. If you order a lamp and a planter together they may well arrive separately, on different days, from different couriers. That is normal and does not mean something has gone missing.
Your 14-day cancellation period runs from the day the last parcel arrives, not the first.
Tracking
We email tracking when each parcel is dispatched. If an order splits across warehouses you will get more than one email.
If you are not in
The courier will follow its usual process — a safe place, a neighbour, or a card and a redelivery. Larger pieces such as floor lamps generally need somebody there to take them in.
If something goes wrong
Email hello@wellkeptgoods.co.uk with your order number. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before you unpack any further — it makes the claim quicker.
