This is our registered office and the right address for formal notices and legal correspondence.
It is not a shop, a warehouse or a returns address. We do not hold stock and there is nothing to visit. If you are sending something back, email us first and we will give you the correct address — our pieces ship from more than one supplier warehouse, and a parcel sent here will not reach the right one and will delay your refund.
Telephone
We do not run a phone line. We are two people rather than a call centre, and email means your question reaches whoever can actually answer it, with a written record for both of us. If something genuinely needs a conversation, say so in an email and we will arrange a call.
Complaints
Tell us. Most problems are a misunderstanding and we would rather fix one than defend it. If you have emailed and are not satisfied with how we have handled it, say that explicitly and it will be looked at again rather than answered by the same reply.
